French and Spanish Co-Major headed to the Florida Undergraduate Research Conference
Chanelle Dupuis' abstract “How Odors Distinguish Social Classes in Émile Zola’s L’Assommoir and Gabrielle Roy’s Bonheur d’Occasion” has been accepted for presentation at the Florida Undergraduate Research Conference (FURC), taking place February 21 to February 22 at Florida Gulf Coast University. Her trip to FURC has been fully funded by the Center for Undergraduate Research and Academic Engagement. She will be joined by other FSU students to present at this conference. Chanelle is a French and Spanish co-major and is presenting on the topic of her Honors Thesis, a project that she completed under the direction of Dr. Aimée Boutin (French).
